which is the best place to download apps for phones having Win 6.5 as microsoft has stopped providing support to older versions of OS

Hello, I got your pm, so for that matter is ok.First make a hard reset and tell me whether the problem still exists

Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
-Turn phone power off.
-Press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons, while holding the volume buttons, press the power button shortly.(You will see a warning message on the screen,the operation will delete all your personal data and reset all settings to manufacturer defaults)
-Release the volume up and volume down buttons
-Press the volume up button to perform the reset

Android? NO! First you must be sure that you have the original ROM. you must do at least once a flash STOCK ROM Win-Mobile. Only when you know it, move on to the Android.

How to find my original ROM?
A Stock ROM is the phone's operating system (OS) that comes with your phone when you buy it.
A Stock ROM loock like: RUU_Photon_HTC_Europe_1.36.401.1_Radio_Signed_32.2 803.05.06_0.63.05.36_Ship.exe is a complete software package released by HTC, it contain thingslike Radio, ROM, bootloader, etc... all in one exe.

Go to phone - start - settings-phone info-Software info. Now you know which ROM you should search.
