Desensing
You can select one, two, three or none as you wish.

- Launcher¹,removes HTC's launcher aka 'Rosie.apk'.
- Widgets, removes all HTC Sesne widgets.
- Lockscreens²,  removes all HTC Sense lockscreens.

¹ - When you select to remove Rosie.apk, installs Nova.apk to data partition as not having launcher causes bootloop.
² - When removing lockscreens, an AOSP lockscreen will be used.


Customization
Few options to customize your ROM. More to come...

- Sense 5 battery icons, replaces the stock Sense 4+ battery with percentage Sense 5 battery icons.
- Sense 5 icons, adds Sense 5 look by replacing icons with Sense 5 icons.
- Sense 5 Fonts, replaces your fonts with Sense 5 fonts.

Status bar
- Transparent, 75% transparency status bar.
- Flat black, completely black AOSP like status bar.

1) Download ROM zip
2) Place zip in your phone's sdcard.
3) Extract boot.img from it onto your computer
4) Move the boot.img to the folder where your fastboot files are
5) Press Sift + Right clock and select 'Open command window here'
6) ON your phone, bootup to the bootloader screen and select fastboot
(Should change to fastboot USB when connected to your computer)
7) Type in "fastboot erase cache" (Without Quotes) And press enter.
8) Type in "fastboot flash boot boot.img" (Without Quotes) And press enter, make sure command goes through.
9) Type in "fastboot erase cache" (Without Quotes) And press enter.
10) Go into recovery on your phone.
11) Make a full wipe, wipe data/factory reset; wipe cache partition; wipe dalvik cache
12) Install ROM from sdcard.
13) Boot up
14) After the first boot, you can go into recovery and flash any mods or the Blade AROMA package
15) Enjoy

a small sugestion...can u use a blade( a sword) as a asymbol instead of a saw blade? like the titanium blade from the Blade Series movie or something like that? just a small ideea, don t upsset

Tried that Transparent mod, and some more stuff, it seems like the One X is just ignoring those values...Maybe Sense has a different XML for those values?

hi theDroidfanatic i finally tried your rom and its great!! i mean its really fast coming from viper x... i tried the desensed, but i got use to sense so much that it's really uncomfortable working with it ..one thing though, i really liked the quick settings in viper x it's really convenient switching the notification bar to the quick settings, is there a way making something similar?
