[Q] WiFi - saved network "out of range", need phone restart to reconnect

Hi guys,

I have the following problem:
1. connect to wifi (the AP is on my table, so the signal is superb) - WPA2 protected, everything works
2. turn wifi off (on the phone)
3. turn wifi on - the network from step 1 is still there (remembered)
4. turn wifi off
5. turn wifi on - the network from step 1 is "Out of range" and I need to reboot the phone -> then it is there again and it is possible to connect to it (or the phone connects automatically)

Also it seems to me that before restart I see less networks from the neighborhood.. During the above, I'm still at my table (still the same signal).
I even tried to switch ROM (Real ICS lite -> XPERIA Ultimate HD), no luck ...
