I would like to ask for help. My carrier I'm subscribed to mobile internet. Unfortunately 3G UTMS spread frequency 900MHz, but mine does not spread maintained all specifications. My phone is Samsung SGH-I927. I would like to ask whether this can be fixed somehow? thank you

There's no way to fix this, unfortunately. I think the radio is hardwired for certain frequencies, and this would take a hardware modification. You should, in the very least, still be able to get voice and 2G data.
