Thanks for the tool!

Can you provide a few clarification?
1. I'm assuming UnlockBootloader option still requires us to get moto unlock key?
2. What do Ione gain by remove unlocked bootloader notice except that it won't ask me to agree on it?
3. Install Modems, does this tool also provide S-ON to S-OFF? Any external sources need to do that? (ie, getting a code for the specific phone etc.)

Much appreciated work!! This might also bring more development to the razr HD.

One question: must the bootloader be unlocked before rooting with the toolkit?

Running German O2 JB 4.1.2 with locked bootloader here.

No problem here. I used zip7 to open it. Winrar should also work I image.

by the way any help on getting back up to JB without losing root would be grateful.
Is there any way to permanently set the root bits?
