Default [Q] Issues rooting Sprint HTC One

I've successfully unlocked my bootloader, but having trouble getting root. I've flashed SuperSU-v1.65 using TWRP and Root Checker Pro gives the result below. USB debugging is on. Any thoughts? Apologies in advance if wrong thread or Q has been answered in a prior thread.

Thanks!
