How flexible is it, and does it have a removable battery

No, the battery is not removable. Unless you break it open. And it flex about as much as is shown in this video:

The 3500mAh battery and curve are the reasons I might get the Flex.

That and 6" display with a snapdragon 800 and adreno 330. Well worth it.
