What's the difference between the "Ultra" and the "Pixtor" versions? The ultra version is on Amazon for the same price.

Could be a branding for stores (re-sellers) but I am not sure. I would just chose per price or in this case per method of purchase. Check reviews for both and get decision for yourself.

Bestbuy will match amazons prices. Just pick one up for a couple of more dollars.
