Default [Q] back to stock

Hi, I have a question. I have a LightningKat RC02.1
I would like to go back to b125, but when I start the installation via local update (dload) opens TWRP blocking the installation!
How do I?
thanks

Thank you. You're right, but not speaking English I had trouble finding the right items.
Anyway, thank you!
