flash stock rom/firmware and try rooting it again

What do you mean by never reboot? Are trying to say that you can't even see any logo when you try to boot up your phone? If that's the case, I think your phone is hard bricked. Just try to connect your phone to the computer and open up your Odin. If it can detect your phone, try flash stock rom into your phone. If it can't detect your phone, then you'll have to get a USB Jig. Btw, I don't see any attachment.
