The native app is not notifying me of a message. The dumb verizon messages app is. If I turn off the notification in the VZW app, it stops the native from notifying. Anyone?

Settings - apps - select the Verizon messages app and then click clear defaults, now select the original one as your main one

Lol I just disabled the dumb Verizon one all together under app settings among with most of there bloat crap for now at least. It's been a day and I'm already considering rooting and beating this thing up a bit. 😃

This drove me crazy for an hour
