After doing some tests today it seems like this problem is only related to Exchange ActiveSync Policyes comming from Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online and not from On-Premise Microsoft Exchange 2013 Servers.
I have run test both against our On-Premise Exchange Server 2013 and against my other account in Exchange Online (Microsoft Office 365).
So if your company is using Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online email then I am very sure that this is the problem. I have also reported this test to our local Sony office. I hope they have a fix for this shortly!.
