i-mate support is NOT EXHISTANT

I would like to warn other users before they go and buy any device.

The following statement is based on my personal experience, but since the problems raised twice for two different devices and had the same final result, I guess it is not something happening "sometimes".

I argue it is something happening EVERY TIME...

I had troubles with a K-Jam and actually with a SmartFlip.

I had to pay for faulty part substitution on an K-Jam (paint bubbles) and nobody ever answered to my requests of justice.

I'm actually looking for some help on the "roaming" problem as explained in another message and their "live support" seems "dead support" instead.

I think I'll sell my i-mate SmartFlip and I'll buy a QTEK 8500. The device is the same, but I don't want to go around with a decive with the i-mate logo on it.

They do not deserve this advertising. Not from me for sure.

A very unhappy i-mate customer.
