Since no topic has been created regarding this issue (For me), I created one. I was browsing my old pictures (Taken with my Nokia 6220c which has a 5MP Carl Zeiss Lens) when I suddenly though of comparing it to my current phone (Which is the ZR), What I found out was, the vertical and horizontal resolution of my 6220c is MUCH MORE HIGHER compared to the one captured by my ZR! What the heck is Sony doing? I hope this gets fixed at the upcoming Kitkat Update because I really feel that my Nokia 5MP Shooter shoots much better shots than my ZR (Except for the pixel size of course). So what do you think guys? (Not a camera specialist here). Anyways, Here is an image for reference of what I am saying.

The camera has absolutely no idea how you will display and print your photos. The value ... is entirely arbitrary.
