Flashing instructions:

** note: HTC MAPLE DEVICES ONLY (Dash3G, HTC SNAP S52X)! Will NOT work on HTC OZONE or HTC SNAP S511!

** note: HARDSPL by JockyW HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

** note: Your phone must be application unlocked. If it is not, please run SDA Application Unlock.exe via Activesync (attached below).

** note: If your device is not HardSPL (highly recommended, click here), you must verify which version SPL your device has prior to flashing. Do this by turning off the device. While holding the volume down button, power on the device. You will see "SPL-1.17" or "SPL-1.19". Run the appropriate auto-?.bat to JumpSPL your device for a successful flash.

** note: Please post questions and report bugs to thread, do not PM me with them.
  1. Remove your SD Card
  2. If your device is already hardSPL, proceed to step 10
  3. If using JumpSPL, boot your device up to your homescreen
  4. Download and unzip the ROM package file
  5. If flashing a custom cooked ROM, run auto.bat, or auto_1.17.bat, or auto_1.19.bat (depending on your SPL version)
  6. Follow the prompts in the DOS window
  7. Hit "continue" (trackball button) on your phone, screen will turn black
  8. Run RomUpdateUtility.exe (if it doesn't run via the script)
  9. The flash will take about 5 minutes
  10. If your device is already HardSPL, simply run RomUpdateUtility.exe and follow the prompts
  11. Upon first boot, it will seem frozen for a few minutes, maybe even go black. This is NORMAL!
  12. It is recommended to perform a hard reset (Clear Storage) after first boot
  13. Enjoy!
In case something goes wrong:
  1. Remove the battery and the SD Card--> Put ONLY the battery back in.
  2. While holding the volume down button, press the power button
  3. The multicolor bootloader screen will come up
  4. Plug in the USB cable and flash back your original shipped ROM
  5. Find out what went wrong and reflash this ROM properly

WOW you are fast. Great work! Out of curiosity (since what you do is simply pure magic to me), how difficult is it to make the rom work on the CDMA Ozone once you have the GSM one?

What technically speaking makes the roms incompatible?

There are lots of variations between the Cedar and the Maple. But, as you know, it's all doable. Still trying to save up enough doe to grab me an Ozone. Once I do, it'll be a matter of days till you guys get a fresh digital meal... If anyone has a spare one laying around... By all means, send it my way... Thanks to all who have donated. Keep em coming. Almost there......

I would like to send a few bucks as thanks for your work -- but I don't have Paypal. Is there another option?
