Hello all

I cooked this rom for maximum speed & space

it is a "light" rom ...with all extra MS "useless" stuff is removed, most other useful programs can be added by CABs anyway based on user preference

this rom allows user modification / user customization "UC"
Users can add files from the memory card to be automatically added / installed after flashing or hard reset
The user customization works silently in the background, please do not interrupt the process until its completed & the device is reset

for the users who want to get rid of their old splash boot screen

i did not cook it inside my rom for the users who prefer to keep something they may already like
this has to be flashed speratly & will not affect the rom itself, it will only flash the splash screen

USER CUSTOMIZATION

Simply, here is what you need to do:

* if you just want the LIGHT rom: flash as usual & do NOT do any of the following instructions

* if you want a LOADED rom:

- download & extract this XDA_UC file to the root of your memory card :

- flash the rom & follow the pocess prompts until soft reset is done

- if you need only some of the files included delete the unneeded file form the XDA_UC folder, in the XDA_UC folder above I have only the really useful CABs that almost everyone can benefit from (see list below) ...but you can still choose to keep or remove according to your needs

- if you want to add cabs or files copy them to XDA_UC folder

Finally a light WM 6.5 rom. But add some screenshots and more infos.
I installed this rom and I can't writing any new mms. When I tap New mms nothing happened.

Crap 4shared does not allows downloading..!

Anybody else notice the icon symbol for the weather tab is shrunk compared to all the other 6.5 roms?? I mean when it shows the moon at night, it is tiny and up in the upper left corner of the screen instead of filling the center of the screen. Is this a known issue or did i do something wrong? I did flash the original rom on my ATT tilt (8925) and i am running ultimate-X2 V11 Premium rom with radio 1.71.09.01 and 3.34 Dave's Hard SPL. Any help would be appreciated and oh yes also i was wondering if there is a way to adjust the time out for the slider lock that pops up after just a few seconds of not touching the screen. It pops up so ofter right now and i have'nt been able to find the adjustment anywhere (settings, utilities,system tools or advanced config) Again guys any help will be greatly appreciated this is MY perfect rom and i have finally stopped looking, it has everything...just hoping i can get these last tweaks in ....thxs

Thanks so much for this. As far as the MMS, I remembered from another bare ROM that MMS is not stock. I downloaded the cab CRCs_ArcSoft_MMS_v5.cab from here, but can't find the link again.

I had to edit my post 'cause i was wrong...

- Calendar started to work after a soft-reset

- ActiveSync was not working with the PC (Over the air was fine)... I uninstall ActiveSync from my PC and reinstall it... Everything is working fine...

- The only thing missed is Office... Any change for a CAB?
