could you help me, My HTC P3450 (ELF0100) because I can't press nothing!

Do you mean the touchscreen is not responding???
or the hardware buttons not responding???
or both???

Touchscreen is not responding!
I did hard reset but still nothing.

If you're touchscreen isn't responding then you might need to change your digitizer probably. It costs around 20-25$ on eBay.

Try out the customer care center if you are within warranty they will do the needful without you having to pay for it.
