Silverlight version on WP7S

I think it is version 3 now ,so don't support c/p and access file system.

The Silverlight 4 supports clipboard access and trust application(allows to call native API),so if WP7S using the silverlight4 finally , c/p and file system access will come back

If memory serves, the WP7S version is somewhere between versions 3 and 4.

Yes, but according to MIX10 the final version will definitely be 4.
