[Q] creating ext partitions in sd

hi all!

how can i create or expand my ext partition

i created my 512mb ext in rom manager but i want to create a 1gb partition ... but in rom manager i dont have more than 512 option...

i saw a few tutorials and helps but is everything for linux .. im on windows 7 :|

i know i can create a virtual machine and install linux etc.. but im searching a windows solution ...


anyone has a clue ?
