[Q] How to stop vvm:sync

I keep getting a message from 129 and then it says vvm:sync:ev=NM;c..... It also says sometimes //VVM:SYNC:ev=MBU.

I know its visual Voice mail, but I don't have that on my HD7, so why am I getting that text message. I get it when someone leaves a voicemail, and then after I check the voicemail. How do I stop it?

Check your account online and see if you have the visual voicemail service activated, probably need to turn it off.

Got it!! Thanks a million:

1. Log in to My T-Mobile.
2. Select Manage account.
3. Under Your current plans and services, select Change services.
4. Select Other/Visual Voicemail.
5. Select Review and confirm.
6. Select Submit.
