I only notice a problem when I try to use the X to close out of a program. Strange thing is that if i do get out of the app then go back in the screen is realigned and it works properly.

Is what everyone else is seeing as well or is the screen alignment off all the time?

I've just spoken to the Italian support and the engineer told me that should be a "new procedure"??!!!? that solve this problem, he will call me tomorrow to explain the procedure......I have an HTC628XXX S/N.......
I will save a prayer for the solution.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my Italian TyTN... Hope we'll find a solution, it seems more an hardware problem than a software issue because first 2 weeks it happened only once, while now after a month of use it happens more and more often, sometimes 5 or 6 times in a day... :cry:

To verify if it's SW issue... try to hard reset .. and you will see that this issue will ALMOST disappear.. (maybe once a day or two...or if youre lucky it will not return at all) really depends the 3rd app your loading..

If it's a HW issue... it must happen as frequent as day one, means it will be consistent.

OK, I'm now getting more convinced on the digitiser issue. Have major alignment issues on PIN entry, but as soon as I log in can use scroll bar fine! :shock:

...This vert scroll bar is the one messing up the alignment... if you notice some drop down menu with vert scroll.. it might misalign your screen.

Well that's interesting, seeing as I haven't had an issue with the vertical scroll bar for a bit now! :?

that's why I cant rule out it's SW issue.. There's a time that I can reproduce the issue by dropping menu with vert scroll bar.

Do you notice that not all vert scroll bar has same width ?
