2 questions though

1. why 32mb for cache instead of 10mb

2. should the flag for userdata be "allsize" or "asize" to autosize the data?

thanks again.
Chris
for version 1.0 of cwm-r there was a cache partition size of 40mb (oops, wrong: i don't know, from where i've got this size; but for me, as said, ~ 31mb are used for cache by the system, so why not ); as i figured out that only ~ 32 mb are being used for the ROM i'm using (takaakis caynogen mod build), i've downsized this to 32mb

both seems to be correct for this flag; it was used by many DAF builds, so i've taken it over.

this flash.cfg is for DAF builds only; i don't even know, if builds intended for flashing with cwm-r are having this included...? i believe, not. as i'm reading too much negative feedback about cwm-r flashing a build (see post over mine ), i prefer the "normal" DFT android flasher method.

hey guys, i was trying to install Clockwork but I was getting a init error during the usb connection when it is supposed to partition. I have mgldr 1.11 installed and am following the youtube instructions. I copied the files to the root of my sd card and all.

Please help.

i thought the root of the sd card means the place with no upper folder
(such as h:\...)
However in my case, it does not work at all.
I tried 10times... and i notice that there is a very quick error message after i selected the AD SD.
(it was really quick one... but i pressed it for long time and get the message)
As the message said, i put two files from "copy_to_sd_root" folder into h:\android\zImage.
Then it worked perfectly.......

is the Direction wrong?
OR did i misunderstand the direction?
OR am i the special case??

I am using Futureshock MIUI latest NAND version.

this happen if you use 400 mb partition layout in a EU Leo, the partition is too large, use 250 mb PL or change the value from 400 to 335 ( worked for me)

Seems to be a problem with formatting and/or mounting /sd-ext from CWM 1.1.
