Proberly is the problem sorry not sure how to fix it you use to be able to format the nand but not on newer devices.The only thing i can suggest is keep trying to flash hard spl maybe it doesnt use ECC checking?

i think this means that my device is dead??? it cant be replaced and no way hard spl is working.
my device work sometimes on 6.0 or 6.1 windows mobile and then if i restarted i may be stuck in boot load. so i think this is not gonna work !

sorry to hear that but think about the plus sides you now have a very good reason to go get a leo (touch hd2) lol
