yes, idk nothing and hope you guys can help me to get that icon back D:
without any actual detail on the rom you use (stock, custom, which flavor,..?) I can just mention a general option:
open Advanced Config and check your Today settings, there you can choose what to show on the title bar (battery or clock) and whether to show the power icon on the try bar or not
hope that helps
Best, DK
Sorry to not mentioned I'm using original stock, windows 6.1. I've checked today setting and not found battery items. and i just noticed when i tap the clock icon on top right side of the bar it shows time and next appointment and there was the battery icons on that drop menu. plus, fyi, my speaker icon is there too it mush has something to do with that?
thanks for reply mate, though twas ain't a really serious prob.

edit: apparently makes the icon to work and appear magically lol. idk why after receiving call it does. do you have any idea on this anyway? :P
strange, don't see what the incoming call has to do with this...
however, glad it works
I'm absolutely unfamiliar with stock rom (it really was a long time ago I last used one), but for completeness pls check if the following option is available for you (probably not):
Start - Settings - Clocks & Alarms - tab More - uncheck "Display the clock..."
It does available mate, and has had unchecked on that but no works even after restart, but after receiving that *kudos* call, battery icon suddenly appear.
BTW i found a little fancy with the original stock they should have taskbar setting, or something with lovely button right on the screen, etc.
look, am still considering bunch of roms available on xda like energy, then going android and all. I'm trying to adapt this kind of new stuff and still, bookmarked bunch of threads mostly from xda's D:
appreciate if you do have any suggestion to what/where do i start first.
well, to flash a custom rom you need h-spl, check in the reference thread, also for tutorials and other important stuff
about which rom to flash: check the rom threads, check content, decide on one and give it a try
there is a incomplete comparison thread in dev that might help you and in case you are really undecided (or bored ) search for "best rom" or similar keywords, there are a lot of like threads out there, but that in the end you will have to decide it
never tried android myself, so can't help you there with personal experience
enjoy
Alright, I'm going to hardspl soonestly. I need to backup/move my sms messages to sd card and transfer those sms messages to my pc. As for that I have two question to ask.
1. Is there any possibilities ActiveSync can do with this to move those file or any other way? 2. I got myself some sms tools/apps downloaded earlier. But having troubled on how to install/where to put file (after extraction) where there is no executable file avaialable.
3. If i'm done with hardspl, is my device works? I mean can be use since I am still deciding what ROM i shall flash into my device.
p/s: seriously guys, my internet connection a bit sucky tonite and didn't mean to ignore that goddamn search button :P

yeah, #3 is no problem, flashing h-spl is just enabling you to do something you otherwise cannot dot, namely reflashing your rom, otherwise it does not interfere, hm ok, SEUS won't work, but that should be it
Best, DK
Since i'm not allowed to post reply on Gtrab's rom thread I am very keen to tell you guys that's my first time flashing were awesomely succed.
Plus, i would like to know if anyone who used this rom and had dual OS on device installed - so i may know which one currently stable with this rom (Android)
