You will find here the files required to change the notification bar color and icons (gingerbread style) and the lockscreen sliders. Also I managed to change the BlurPhone.apk sliders (I hate the way they look on motorola style).
If anyone interested in a dump of my rom I would be glad to give it.
I tried to remove all TMobile bloatware and some of blur apps too. TMobile 3.4.2 seems to run smooth on my device.
