[Q] Installing non-martket apps

I am new to this. I have a stock Inspire, I haven' t done anything more than install apps from the regular market. I would like to know, is there any way that I could get a non-market app without doing anything to my phone. I was trying to get the SWYPE beta, but I couldn't because it was blocked.

Any suggestions?

Check the development section. There's a way to sideload apps. It's one of the stickies.

Now I am wondering, how could i get SWYPE? Does anyone know if it is possible through the Wonder Machine?
