have a question with IPL , SPL

i have a xda neo with dopod rom .
info :
IPL : 2.09 ( haven't 0000 )
SPL 2.15.0000
my xda neo is G3 or G4 ???
and why it hasn't 0000 at IPL .
can i upgrade g3 rom for it ???

IPL have only : 2.09

*sigh*.. it's all in the wiki (it really is).. but allright:

You have a G3 device.
You're SPL matters in this case, you're IPL doesn't.
So use a G3- or a NVID-rom.
