DONATE TO ME
Unhappy Won't Connect via usb, dosn't detect phone or computer ?!

My phone (HTC Desire) used to work fine (i have had it for nearly a year now) but now it has suddenly decided to not let me connect, sync or do anything over usb, none of my pcs detect it either.

I have tried a hard reset (no change) and i am wondering what I should do next?!?

Many Thanks
Josh

p.s Phone info in signature

EDIT: It just wont recognise anything via usb except charger and car dock :-S

as your phone seems not to be rooted, you should check wether the drivers are correctly installed if using ms windows...

You should try rooting (with Unrevoked-it's kinda' easy) and after that installing a custom ROM ... and try then
Or you can try another PC and see if the sync is wirking there

Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App

Device : Samsung i9300 aka S3
ROM : ARHD or InsertCoin

Is it possible to make a goldcard without USB connection? Think the op's hboot is too recent.

I have the same problem as you, I've tried following, the thread below. You may have more luck.
