The Fastest & Stable Mobile OS?

I have samsung galaxy s 9000I and its OS is not soo stable and smooth even with 2.2
My brother have a 2g Iphone and it's beats my 9000I on UI smoothness but not on gaming performance

Stability-iOS
Android is good in it's own rite but the OS is choppy.

Not quite sure about the speed and stability of the OS-es, but I know that the most appeticious one is the Windows Phone 7.

None, no ranking or anything else. They all crash, and they are all fast.

don't judge android by samsung android phones. samsung screwed up with rfs and their ****ty touchwiz, both slows down the phone. custom roms and lagfixes fix this.
