How to get the Polish rom without InterWrite?

Hi could someone tell me, Is it possible to make Polish rom to HTC Touch2? without InterWrite? So I after uploading the ROM, the Polish language? I am concerned about the original Stock rom. Maybe someone could be so kind and do me like that? Thanks in advance

i think, you cant make stock rom, you must port it. So find build with your national language and import into kitchen and change build. Thats all :)

You need to read a lot to do this. Kitchens are pretty simple now.
