The clock on Rikardo's screens I believe is Simi clock.

Cool man.
Let's do it-

Here's my main screen in the first image on the left
We're looking at this with the Launcherpro Plus launcher. I take that and replace the dock icons with a transparent icon for each and I also use a shorter black dock. The grid that I work with is 10x10, but I change it later. The date widget is minimalistic text widget and I set it in the lower middle part of the screen and center it from side to side. Now we set the rows to 9 or 8 (depending on screen density) to drop the date to rest right above the dock. This enables you to use the date kind of like an icon for you app drawer. I guess.
I just think it looks clean and tapping on it coincidentally, opens your app drawer.
There's an analog clock on there too...

Now for the second image
Super simple on this one. Use desktop visualizer widget with either folder organizer or simi folder. This enables you to use any icon you want and assign a folder to it. As you can see, I made some that made sense to me.
Put a desktop visualizer 1x1 (if that's your preference), assign your icon and folder or app or bookmark... whatever. I like to keep few icons on each screen so the wall still shows and give a less cluttered look. (Don't try to place your icons to their final spot until you adjusted the rows and columns, or you'll have to do it again.)

The third image
This is what folder organizer looks like when you get it dialed in and press the icon you assigned.
**Look for other tutorials on folder organizer or simi folder if you end up getting stuck. There are plenty out there if you need them.

The fourth image
This is a really simple, but useful page that sits to the left of the main screen.
I have a weather widget with a 4 day forecast. This one is beautiful weather widget, but I've used others too and change from now and again. Just below that, I have a calendar app that shows upcoming appointments. The widget I use for my calendar is Android Agenda Widget and has so many settings to adjust it's insane. I resize these to look like they fit nicely and we're all set.

Finally, you pick a wall that you like and your done.

Not really much of a tutorial, but it's something. I guess. Hope it helps-

Now if the sun is out, go outside.

Thanks for the kind words.
I'd love to see what you come up with.

Also, I forgot to mention that I changed the font in that line of shots to comfortaa. If you end up using those icons, that's the font they are built with.
