[Q] HTC Touch Elf / ROM Problem

Hi

I have just updated the ROM of my French HTC Elf
The new ROM is official ( HTC_Touch_FRA_2.20.406.1B) from HTC support site

The problem: after the installation, done successfully , the HTC does not boot !!!
It shows me "Smart Mobility" then restarts

PS:
IPL : 2.20.0002
SPL : 2.20.0000
Soft and HardReset gives nothing
I can not make CId Unloak because I am blocked in mode Bootloader (No. ActivSync) thus I can not install Cooked ( custom ) ROM

Any solution ?

Just go there http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=372 , hit the Search this Forum button and write "stuck in smart mobility" and read the results, it will take time but you'll find your answer.

I have already done a big research but no solution
I have 2 problems :

- I did'nt find an original ROM ( to my HTC_Touch_FRA )
- There is no way to CID Unlock from Bootloader ! I can't do a CID Unlock because my HTC stuck in "smart mobility"

Sorry to hear, did you also read the 1st sticky and especially this http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?t=406721#7.
If nothing works and the device is unusable, I would try some shipped roms with equivalent cid, even another language, flash them from SD card and hope to find a working rom, then cid unlock. I'm not telling to do that, just what I would

Bizarrely there is no official ROM with the same CID ( HTC__203 )
I don't find the original ROM ( factory ROM ) which was installed in my HTC !!!

How can I install ROM from SDcard ?! I have already put the file .nbh in SDcard but nothing takes place
