[Q] No usb option prompt via Android.

So basically. before I would plug my phone into usb and it would give me a couple of options. But now it plugs in, computer says "di dong" and the phone shows as charging.

But the phone doesn't ask for option, nor can I find a way to manually prompt it to.

help! (needed desperately for internet tethering)

had the same issue a couple of times
what i did was just unplug it again, wait a minute and plug it back in. The second time i would get the notification.

Maybe you havt to try another USB port on your PC.

Had the same problem.

Switched it off and on again. -> problem fixed

When plugging in your phone into usb, just go to settings-->Applications-->Development and check the USB debugging(uncheck and check it back it is already markeck).

I am having the same problem, just the phone isn't charging, i can't find any way at all to mount it, please if someone can help i'd really appreciate it, as i have a new mod to flash.

Connect to pc > Tick 'Ask Me'

If you can't mount SD Card and your pc doesn't recognise it then Your USB is bricked. There is a tutorial on the forums that will help you with that
