u see, apple is all about money, not about the ppl. (well, in the end, everyone is, even htc.)

If Samsung continues to provide the same hardware that they do now after this is over... then Apple will feel even more powerful.

Exactly! How does a nexus s resembles the iPhone in any way? I can't think of one thing. And how the hell does a galaxy tab have anything similar to the ipad. Its ridiculously crazy. At this point, we can assume apples lawyer don't know crap about technology, more specifically phones and tablets

I am more to think about "publicity stunt" by Apple.

You know, just to drum up public attention because next week Samsung will release Galaxy S II (or early May).

Then Galaxy Tab 8.9" / 10.1" early June.

So yeah, Apple needs to be "in the news" to redeem the excitement of those releases.
