Yes it is on our website as of yesterday. Go to Mobile phones, then choose Tmobile. It will seem to bring you to same screen. Choose Tmobile again. You will see phone for 399.00 and instant online discount makes it $149.99 delivered out the door! You will only pay tax for $149.99 unlike in stores. (if you pay tax).

3. Be prepared if in a state that has sales tax to pay tax on full $399.99 This is our policy unless you buy online at Costco.com. But you can use this to your advatage if buying full price and they refuse. Say well than how come upgrade customers have to pay tax on full price. Remind them you know that they are required by Costco to sell Tmobile phones at full price. No other brands in Costco Cell kiosk are sold to non contract. Only Tmobile and that is why the full tax issue. You just need to push and you can get it full price.

4. Best thing is you are protected for 90 days with your phone. You can return, exchange phone for any reason. I use my first phone as a test phone. I test the hell out of it and return for keeper phone before the 90 days is out. Plus if a better phone comes out I get that. Love the 90 days!

Well, it didn't work out for me. I called in Duluth GA store again and they insist they will not sell the phone off contract. I wish there is some fine print some where saying I can buy the phone off contract. I'd wish some store can be honest about selling the phone....

Not finding the off contract option online. I'm on the web site but only purchase options I can find are "2 year contract", "Upgrade", or "Add a line".

I tried to buy from my local costco, san antonio tx, they won't sell it off contract.

What if I buy it on contract $149 and then 14 days later (t-mobile remorse period) cancel it so total cost would be $149 + $30 (half month cheapest plan) + $200 etf = $379 + tax

would this work ? also on the website it says the activation fee will be reimbursed 2-3 month later. I'm not sure if they will credit the fee if I already cancel the contract.

is there a Costco in Massena? i have to cross the border to get it, what's the nearest costco to Ottawa, Ontario.

or would they ship it to Canada?

How would they handle a return after 2 months if you upgrade? would you lose your upgrade pricing?

Say the pyramid comes out and out is amazing. What happens if I go there to return the phone after upgrading?

Wow, that's a nice find man. Too bad there's no Costco in my area, or any that I know of at all...

You CAN NOT buy a phone without contract at Costco!
If you do buy one with a new activation and cancel within 3 months, you have to return the device to Costco. There's no point fiddling with it, I have a Costco policy printout that says what I just wrote.
