Default [Q] Gingerbread Undervolting?

I am new to sgs (bought yesterday :) ), yesterday I have installed darky's rom v10 rc5.3.
I have read that on sgs u have to change the kernel to apply an undervolting, so i was looking for a right kernel to do this...but it seems that there are no stable kernels compatible with gingerbread with the uv capabilities, is that true?
thanks

One needs to ask Darky about his rom .

Remember Gingerbread is BETA so far .

Thumbs up keep on ginger

Gingerbread is a more elaborate rom, in general it works much better than any froyo rom, not to mention the battery usage. I was using gingerbread stock beta 2.3.3, and from yesterday on, gingerbread 2.3.3 ColdMod.

Yesterday I went back to 2.2.1 (darky 9.5) and I didn't see any great difference with 2.3.3 (just the browsing experience while loading pages), the main reason for this going back is trying undervolting kernel and also that for the moment there's not italian swype (that i much appreciate). Anyway thanx for the advice :)
