Default SDHC Driver extracted from ASUS P535 WM6 Upgrade package

Extracted by Oldcat

not test on another devices yet.

maybe works with all WM6 device.

please report the test result.

cool,i want to try but i cant copy the original sdcard.dll sdbus.dll sdmemory.dll to backup.
any body tell me how to copy those 3 files.

These files are in the ROM image. You donnot have to backup them. They will not disappear except you flash a new ROM.

warning dont install to asus p525.
i am formatting my asus p525 now.
after installing it asked for softreset soo i did.
after restarts the device didnt recognice any memory card (2gb,4 gb).
tried to put back the old dlls and the old registry key ,but the device refuse to recognise any memorycard plug to it....

I had the same problem. After installing the above patch my phone would not read any memory card. I don't know what changes the cab file made so that I could reverse them myself. I am going to do a hard reset to be able to read the card again.

It works with my ASUS P535 and TOSHIBA SDHC 4GB miniSD card.. but not perfect..
i mean.. card 'disappearing' very often ..too often. In practice.. most times when I wake pda from sleep mode.

I hope asus will made a patch like for myPal 6x6
