What ROM did you had before? Did you select the proper boot mode?

"Normal" for ROMs based of oficial
"2ndInit" for CyanogenMod

Of course that if you had Cyanogen and installed this from within the ROM then that's the problem.

Turn on pressing Volume up + Power on button, that should place you in bootloader mode.
Connect the phone to computer, and fire up RSD Lite, and now it should appear there. Flash the sbf.

If the phone still doesn't show up on computer, reboot the computer. If still doesn't work reinstall drivers, and if it still doesn't work turn off antivirus..

hi, the bootmenu is updated to 0.8.3, haha

i suggeset you make a installing tool to install bootmenu, you can make a all-purpose installing tool for bootmenu, so you needn't update it everytime

and you can make it as this way

we can install and lastest version of bootmen from this tool, just umpackage the bootmenu folder to sdcard (/sdcard/bootmenu)
then use this tool to install.

so you needn't update it everytime

Yeah, I know how to install the bootmenu, but most of people or don't know, or is too busy.

Thanks for the update!
