Smile Cell Broadcast Message Solution + Today Plugin [Beta Version]

Beta Version Works only with Message Class 1

What are Cell Broadcast Messages
---------------------------------------------
CBMs are messages the show you the location of the near by tower/Cell ID.

MESSAGE CLASS 0 Vs 1:
-------------------------------

Class 0: Indicates that this message is to be displayed on the Phone immediately and a message delivery report is to be sent back. The message does not have to be saved in the Phone or on the SIM card (unless selected to do so by the mobile user).
Class 1: Indicates that this message is to be stored in the Phone memory or the SIM card (depending on memory availability).
So in short if the broadcast messages pile up in the inbox then it will work.

My Attempt
----------------
My attempt is to make it work as in Sony / Nokia Phones

The foll. is ideally what should happen.
1. Catch Cell Broadcast Messages
2. Receive the Tower / Area Location
3. Delete the messages from going into inbox
4. Display info on Today screen
5. Prevent the messages to wake up the device ( and save battery )

Well the only thing i could'nt manage was Preventing the messages to wake up the device.I think it requires tinkering with the radio rom which is beyond my scope of development. If anybody here has any know-how about this then pls buzz me.

So instead of that, what i am doing now is trying to detect whether the device woke up bcoz of Cell Broadcast Messages and automatically turn off / suspend the device.

Many thanks to levenum for developing RegDisplay.cab for displaying string to today screen.

i think coz mine is based on:
Class 0: Indicates that this message is to be displayed on the Phone immediately and a message delivery report is to be sent back. The message does not have to be saved in the Phone or on the SIM card (unless selected to do so by the mobile user).
