Acer's customer care
3 weeks ago I have bought an Acer Iconia Tab A500. It was with English language. Now I found out, that there is also Acer Iconia Tab A500 with Czech language. I have contacted customer care to provide a ROM with Czech language and they have told me, that it is not possible because of "business reasons". When I have asked them to explain me these "business reasons" they have told me, that they are unable to explain.
Do you have any contact or escalation path, that might help me? This reaction is really not acceptable for me. Do you have similar experience?
