Alex,

Do you know how we can verify that the hboot "bravo_alphaspl_387-10-40" is active ?
After flashing "bravo_alphaspl" or "bravo_alphaspl_387-10-40, " when I start in hboot I see on the front lines "--- AlphaRev ---" but no release name.
I see the release name when I flashed a data++

What is written on your phone ?

I'll reinstall the ROM v1.4 but I'm fully checks before.

I manage to flash data++ and CM7 r2, but not "bravo_alphaspl_387-10-40.
The display remains on the name of the previous hboot.

Code:

cd data\
cd data\
taskkill /F /IM adb.exe
taskkill /F /IM fastboot.exe
adb.exe reboot bootloader

fastboot.exe flash hboot hboot.img
sending 'hboot' (512 KB)...

I'll try.

I tried to flash a RUU PB99IMG.ZIP but not possible, error (normal because I was in CM7 r2).
I flashed "bravo_downgrade.img" and then "bravo_alphaspl_387-10-40.img". this time it's ok, I'm displaying "Custom 387/10/40" in pink on the front line, instead of "--- AlphaRev ---".

Flash process "bravo_alphaspl_387-10-40" successful:
Code:
Raison˙: AccŠs refus‚.
cd data\
cd data\
taskkill /F /IM adb.exe
taskkill /F /IM fastboot.exe
adb.exe reboot bootloader
adb.exe reboot bootloader
error: device not found
fastboot.exe flash hboot hboot.img
sending 'hboot' (512 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.089s]
writing 'hboot'...
OKAY [ 0.161s]
finished. total time: 0.250s
fastboot.exe reboot-bootloader
rebooting into bootloader...
fastboot.exe erase cache
OKAY [ 0.095s]
finished. total time: 0.095s
< waiting for device >
erasing 'cache'...
OKAY [ 0.077s]
finished. total time: 0.077s
Del hboot.img
fastboot.exe reboot
rebooting...
finished. total time: 0.383s
I flashed the ROM v1.4 and I'm currently restoring Titanium (saving a few days).

Thank you for helping me do

Hboot appears at bootloader screen, right. Mine reflects the custom 387mb Hboot.

Thanks for screens, Alex-v. My second ext4 is a third or not? I should make absolutely certain about that. I didn't get mms downloaded today. Could it be baseband related? I'll try again.

Regards, Thomas.

regardssssss and thanks
it's better your 2nd ext partition is 1/3 of your 1st ext partition..
And partition order on sd card is a must: fat 32 + 1st ext + 2nd ext + swap
