so what Asus / Acer do is like 2nd generation and much better..

i might be xoom looks nice as hardware, but motorola got a very bad reputation as being those that do not support at anyone at all.

The thing I would like to start seeing is custom mods. Like themems and custom rosie's glow effects etc. I might start working on one this evening see how it takes to prime 1.4

just installed, been playing around with it for a little while. Can definently say its a barbones ROM (which isnt bad) I enjoy as close to Stock experience as i can get in a rom. It seems decently faster over stock acer. and browser is really improved over the stock acer browser. Downside is SDcard not recognized but i can deal without that for now. will continue messing around some and let yall know.

P.S. Cordy comes packaged in the rom!!! FTW!!!!!

Dexter's update.zip has a bug that doesn't allow you to save and open camera photos in the gallery app.

I've fixed that up and will build my own update.zip later today. Also, have switched to Team Tiamat's framework-res.apk and you can now get the gingerbread CRT TV on and off animation when your device turns on!

i think the lack of update.zip in the first post made people dont want to try this.. including me, dont understand waht to do with .img

meanwhile, is the sudden screen on issue gone in this rom ? because i exprience it with stock and prime 1.4, wondering if its a hardware issue, not software

How is video support in this ROM? Is it just the codecs that work in stock that work here, or is it all codecs that work with the Xoom?

I saw it to. The only other thought i had was in the drivers that have to be used in the roms.
