A much better version, except I certainly miss the ability to easily hide the keyboard that I have with my other choices...

are you guys who are running the new beta all rooted? I'm trying to install this on my sisters unrooted Aria, and would like to avoid rooting it if at all possible. I've sideloaded the installer via SDK but it's still being blocked. I'm very familiar with SDK tools and flashing and everything needed to try to bounce around ATT's locked down OS for the Aria. ( I'm on a Captivate running a custom ROM and have flashed stuff more times than Pamela Anderson)

I think you need to sideliad the actual swype keyboard unless you can enable 'unknown sources' under applications settings (if you even have that option).

Sent from my cm7 Aria.

Try this method - worked for me before I AlphaRev'ed.
