Sense for now. It's so smooth and I like some of the sense Widgets. I installed sbp mobile and it ran smooth as ever as well.

ADW ex. It is sooooo smooth. I've never seen a phone run so smoothly before. Sense is cool too but there is noticeable lag compared to ADW.

Sense..I love HTC's widgets. Launcher pro plus has nice widgets but they're not as integrated and clean as HTC's. I also have to agree with one of the above posts. This is the first phone truely capable of running sense without lag, at least for me it is

There is so much more to Sense than just the launcher...

LauncherPro here. At first I was happy with sense's launcher (I thought it was fast enough) but it's so twitchy. It's like the program really really "wants" to spin the carousel or pop all 7 desktops up every time you come near the screen. I think the sense launcher is about dazzle at the expense of usability.

Not to derail the OP's thread, but I am confused by LauncherPro's behavior in landscape mode. I have my icons in a 6x4 grid (I wanted 7x5 but that's enough of a side-track to warrant a different thread) anyway my 6x4 is fine in portrait mode, but in landscape it _stays_ 6x4 which of course is an absurd fit for the screen in that orientation. I ended up turning off auto-rotation so now I effectively don't have a landscape mode. How are other LauncherPro folks handling this?

Sense here too, for the same reason.
