can i update from 3.01 to 3.2?

or i need to 1st update to 3.1 then only to 3.1? cause my mum is getting a new xoom tmr =D n i need to update for her.. via otg cable mostly

plug in usb drive to ota and into xoom
power on, but tap vol down at motorola screen
power up to select recovery
at Android (andy) with !, hold power tap vol up
Vol down to select 'apply update from USB drive'
press power
wait till finished and reboot

Not you cant, you need the 3.1 bootloader to run 3.2

You can never skip the official ota's with a android device. They are made to go from one specific build to another.
