HELP ME please flash Blocked at 16%

Hello,

i'm a french user of sfr v1615 alias kaiser, i flashed my phone with hard spl and the french rom htc, but the setup of rom stopped at 16%.

After that, i wanted use mtty.exe but impossible the program tell me "usb port can not open". I disable activesync, I connect my Kaiser to PC using USB cable. I did all good.

PLEASE HELP ME, my phone don't want restart to windows, it's blocked on screen with tri-color.

If you have flashed the Hard SPL first then all you have to do is flash the ROM again.... What does it say on the tri-color screen??

Just about to suggest the same...

Sorry but i do that, I disable usb connection in activesync, i connect my kayser to pc, i open mtty.exe, i select usb and i click ok, BUT there is "usb port can not open"

Someone can help me please ??

Are you connecting to USB Hub? if so, try to USB direct port, not one in a hub...

Anyway, try the same on other USB ports on the same PC, and try other USB on differents PCs (to see if is a USB related issue).

Thanks at all for your help but nothing work. I go at my mobile shop for exchange my phone. Nothing was modified in the phone i think.
