Default [MOD][MIUI] - NEW 07/29 - Carrier name fix - CWM Flashable

Hey Guys,
Here is a little flashable file for anyone experiencing issues with your carrier names just showing up as numbers.

This issue will hopefully be fixed with later versions of MIUI but for now this is a quick easy fix.

Thanks to silverbullet1013 for the spn-conf.xml file

Update - 07/29 -
Should now work on MIUI and CM7 (maybe?)

Would something like this work for CM7? Or is there a similar zip we can use if we're on CM7?

I just tried it on the latest CM7 Nightly and it doesn't work. I still get 302610 instead of Bell.

Cool little fix for something that's been bugging me for a while

Have you posted your fix to the CM/Miui devs?
