Default "Un"Unable to start camera. Not enough storage to complete the operation"

"Unable to start camera. Not enough storage to complete the operation"

I think it was after installing & uninstalling the HTC Album.
I don't know how to recover from this error
of course there is a lot of free space in rom, ram & storage card.
I've read some old posts from last july from xda-dev users that had a similar problem with the official HTC roms. No solution was found.

Any ideas?

Hard reset and don't put so many applications on your rom
