I flashed it on nils gingersense 3.0 and it didn't change is that because it was already themed?

First, I wanted to thank wildstang83 for posting this tutorial. I've just gotten into flashing ROMs and started making minor theme tweaks. This tutorial has helped me a ton. So, thank you very much!

usmcdroid, I've just finished this lockring for my Incredible to use with Business GingerSense 3.0. I've rotated the ring 90 degrees and added the "inscription".
