Default [Q] webOS help

i have the palm pre minus on sprint running webOS 1.4.5 and 3 days ago the 3G radio just loses my signal all the time its goes from 5 bars to 1 then back to 5 then back to 1 and is always doing and you can tell that my signal drop when im on a call. i was running the F105 thunder chief kernel from preware but then i couldnt connect to the sprint network and i would roam ( thats when the signal would from 5 to 1 ), but i did have WiFi but, yesterday i put the default palm webOS 1.4.5 kernel back on and the sprint network work and im not roaming and i do have 3G but no WiFi, when i try to turn it on with the top bar i tap WiFi and i hit turn on WiFi but it doesn't do anything. what should i do, i have an unlimited data plan and even tho its slow i use things that you can only use if your on the sprint network, is there anyway to get the WiFi back?

Really I do a copy manually by copying all App/Packages folders on Cryptofs, then put it back when is fully restore, and when you make the backup check the patches folder and delete it all, also the services.
